Questions
The ones worth answering before you sign up
- Do live chat and support tickets count as two products?
No. A chat that outlives the session and an email that arrives overnight resolve to the same ticket record — there is no second ticket model to keep in sync.
- Is AMI a separate product I have to connect?
No. AMI is part of the platform. It reads the same tickets and the same published knowledge, and appears as steps inside the workflow builder as well as an assistant your team can ask directly.
- Can I publish the knowledge base on my own domain?
Yes. A help centre can be published to an Epkora subdomain or to a custom domain you point at it, and set to public, unlisted or private.
- Does reporting run off an export?
No. Reporting reads the same records your team works in, which is why the queue and the weekly figure agree.
